Health Services
The Student Center for Health and Counseling strives to meet your health care needs in a supportive, inclusive, and confidential setting. In addition to the services offered by the SCHC by our team of licensed providers, we contract with health care professionals in the community to provide additional services, or will refer you to an area health care facility when needed.
Self Care Center
The Self Care Center is a private area
with tools so you can do a self evaluation of your health status in the
following four areas:
- Nutrition
- Mental / Emotional Health
- Sexual Health (free condoms available)
- Cold Care (free cold medicines samples available)

Medical Services
We offer a wide range of medical services to meet your needs. You can also do self evaluations at our Self Care Center which is stocked with free cold medicine samples, and condoms.
Family Planning
As a BSU student you may qualify for free family planning services through the Minnesota Family Planning program if you meet age, income limits, and other requirements.
Immunizations
