The Emphasis in Educational/Information Communications and Technology (ECT/ICT) is designed to provide advanced studies in educational technology for in-service p-12 and post-secondary teachers. It is an ONLINE program that allows maximum access to learning with no face-to-face requirements.
Minnesota State University, Moorhead and Bemidji State University are offering shared courses in two programs. At Bemidji State University, you can complete a Master of Science degree in Education with an emphasis in Educational/Information Communications and Technology. All BSU courses are offered online through the Center for Extended Learning and have no face-to-face requirements. Students have the option to take BSU core courses on campus, depending upon student needs and course availability.
